RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All personalized jewelry items, items purchased on sale, or with a discount code are final sale. No exceptions. Non-personalized items are eligible for store credit if notified within 5 days and received within 10 days. Items needing a different chain length or ring size are subject to a fee.

SHIPPING

All website purchases are shipped via UPS Ground (unless otherwise requested) and are fully insured with tracking available. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Grace Maker is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care. Orders over $500 are eligible for free UPS Ground Shipping. This option will automatically be selected at checkout if you meet the order amount. If you would prefer a faster shipping method, you may unselect the free option and choose a different shipping speed.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Gracehas the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned for exchange does not meet our return policy requirements. If a package is not accepted, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense and store credit will not be issued

Grace accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Mary Frances Maker also accepts payments via Paypal and Apple Pay. Your credit card and/or Paypal or Apple Pay account will be charged at the time you place your order regardless of when the order will be ready to ship. You will be asked to provide your credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
